Man from Snowy River Recital

The Man from Snowy River was written by Banjo Paterson, a famous Australian bush poet best known as the author of Waltzing Matilda.

This poem is a breathless narrative of the escape of a prize colt from a station (ranch) and how, after a harrowing chase, and unbelievable feats of horsemanship it is recaptured by least likely horseman of the lot — The Man from Snowy River.
